The bees are working hard to make lots of honey to fill all the orders.
Raw honey has been known to keep for hundreds of years without preservatives simply on its own organic chemistry. It can however crystallise. This is a natural process and does not affect the honey in anyway. To return the honey to its liquid state simply sit your jar in a warm (not too hot or boiling) water.
